So, I decided to play around with Ono moveset editor and error00001’s SSF4 AE boss mod. I find Capcom’s latest rendition of Shin Gouki a little lacking: less recovery teleport, more invinsibility frames for the 2 shun goku satsus, and 2 Zanku hadoukens with and without EX. I decided to step it up a notch with these:.Disclaimer: This mod is intended in tweaking Shin Gouki as a more challenging boss in arcade mode. I don’t really know how to tweak the AI settings yet to be able to respond to the changes I made in the moveset.
Decided to start fresh and use the Gouki moveset files from USF4 v1.04 (techincally, it’s from patchae2tu2 battle regulation ae2110 GKI). There will be several differences compared to the AE 2012 version.

The new version of the game has been released with a lot of issues which prevented players from fully enjoying the fighting game from Capcom. The game, thankfully, has been fixed since then and now plays pretty much like the other console versions. Ultra Street Fighter IV is now available in all regions on PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and PC. The next entry of the series, Street Fighter V, will be released sometime next year on PlayStation 4 and PC.
